Refund policy

You can return an item to us for either exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it, providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. The only exceptions to this are for gift vouchers and items that have been made to order, or customised to order (eg. items with engraving).

Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be really pleased with your purchase so our jewellery comes with a money back guarantee. We are happy for you to return any unwanted pieces within 30 days of the order being delivered for a refund of the cost of the item or replacement.

Returning Your Order

Please return the jewellery as it was lovingly sent to you with your packaging. Please obtain a proof of posting and proof of delivery ie. signed for, when returning your items. We recommend that jewellery is returned via a trackable service, eg. Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery. Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items and the original payment credit or debit card will be credited with the cost of goods, less any delivery costs. It may take an additional 3-7 days to credit your account.

Exclusions

Jewellery that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.
